Only Vi offers complete unlimited 4G plans though their tncs says no commercial usage so kind of unlimited however don’t misuse it as connection can be terminated.
Bsnl doesn’t offers multi sim plan and not being pan India(missing in Mumbai & Delhi) we excluded from this comparison.
