AMOLED display are known for vivid color reproduction, wide viewing angles, sharp contrast and battery saving features. Though they are very costly that’s why even Apple still doesn’t use it on it’s mobile. Better not look for phone under Rs.10,000 with AMOLED display as it would lack on other key features like processing & graphics power due to price constraints.
Even above Rs.10,000 budget good models are few. This is because unless Apple switches to AMOLED display the production cost won’t come down in raw materials. With expected iphone 8 in 2017 is rumoured with AMOLED display we can expect more wide range of models from 2018 onwards.
