Airtel Vfiber/VDSL has started providing it’s own Beetel brand of vdsl routers to it’s users. Vfiber is not direct fiber but upgrade from adsl to VDSL. Airtel is upgrading it’s major old copper/adsl infrastructure to vfiber/vdsl in all major cities. Currently Airtel vdsl/vfiber is available in 16+ cities.
Their old lot of Huawei HG360a vdsl modem + wifi router(N300 mbps) is almost finished up and currently providing it’s own branded Beetel 777VR1 vdsl-modem + wifi-router combo instead.
This model doesn’t has USB port like old Huawei HG360a modem. If you compare Huawei HG360a vs Beetel 777VR1 then Huawei HG360a wins for stability, branded OEM, extra usb port and all Airtel vdsl/vfiber dslam are Huawei only so same brand means better co-operation between devices.
