User of jio 4g mobile network are reporting network and call connectivity problems every now and then from every corner of the country.
A hashtag #jiodown was trending on twitter all day long with user reporting problems, putting up meme.
People are facing problem on and off. So we think some network changes are being made to accommodate 5G network gears on existing 4G network. Even though Jio claims standalone 5G network being setup with Vonr.
Jio customer care is opt in showing complaint being registered however most of user reported not much being done. In fact according to some user customer support is blaming over congestion in network causing the problems.
We think these are initial network hiccups due 5G upgrade and soon Jio network would soon be robust with 5G network to ease congestion and handle any additional overload.
