Vi the erstwhile merge entity of Vodafone & Idea in India has taken the super step on it’s yearly recharge plan of Rs.2999 where instead of daily 2.3GB customer now get 850GB of 4G data in one go. This plan is valid for 365 days so customer has whole 365 days to use the 850GB data without any daily limit.
Other inclusion in this plan includes unlimited calls and 100sms per day all valid for 365 days. Also includes night unlimited 4G where data from 2am till 6am every morning is not deducted from this 850GB. Below is the screenshot of Vi 299 plan from it’s website.
This plan suits best to uneven data users, travelers, work from home customers as these people don’t use data every day like content users. Per GB cost of data comes to mind boggling ₹3.52 per GB with generous 365 days validity makes this plan dirt cheap.
