Airtel has launched Vowifi Service in 4 more circles taking it to total of 10circles. Vowifi launch started in December with maiden Delhi launch and later updated to 5 more states within a week.
Airtel Vowifi Service is now working in Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Kerala, Gujarat, UP(west) , Tamil Nadu , Karnataka and Maharashtra including Mumbai.
New handsets with Vowifi support are also getting updated rapidly. First started with most Apple phones later with many Samsung phones and latest round with Xiaomi phones. Though regularly updating but still its a limited launch due to confinement to Airtel Broadband network only.
Jio on other has launched in five states of Kerala, Karnataka, Kolkata and now in Delhi and Haryana. Though its handset range is wider and working with all the broadband service provider.
