Rs.29 data only recharge with 500MB data removed by Airtel

Dec price hike is proving costly for every type of prepaid user be it data, voice or low-end user. For data only user minimum recharge is removed completely. For low voice + data users Rs.35 is gone now with Rs.49 being the new minimum recharge.

Airtel has completely removed data only recharge of Rs.29 which use to give 500MB data along with validity extension of 28days. This recharge was a good solution for people who made minimal calls or mostly used the sim in a tablet. Along with this it also offer data extension if one recharges before expiration of data aka even last day.

Now the minimum data only recharge is Rs.48 with 3GB data for 28days which was Rs.49 before so reduction in season of hike as Rs.49 is now minimum recharge for all in one plan. Infact Rs.48 and Rs.98 are one of the few recharges which havn’t faced price hike in Dec.
