Credit Cards with Priority Pass international lounge access for addon cards also

Credit card with complimentary lounge access is a new trend in India. While domestic lounge access are well versed with many credit & even debit cards thanks to the visa & Mastercard lounge program. Now even rupay has jumped in to provide lounge access to it’s platinum card holders.

It’s the international lounge access which we are to discuss here. Priority Pass & Diners Club are two global programs with access to maximum lounges world over. Amex is another one however is considered limited to few amex exclusive lounge or airlines lounge, for rest amex itself offers priority pass to it’s holders.

Previously credit cards in India were limited to providing complimentary membership of priority pass only which they claimed to be worth 99usd. Lounge access were chargeable from first visit. Which is worthless for most. Most Icici banks variant are still same.
This trend changed when 3years back HDFC revamped its card portfolio & introduced limited free visits included with priority pass. Hdfc card being market leader other banks started following this & launched similar benefits on their own premium cards.

No of complimentary lounge access included vary from min 4 per year in basic premium card to unlimited in super premium cards. Ofcourse many of these super premium cards have Annual fees also though waived on spend based criteria. 

Some have lounge access limited to main or primary card holder only while mostly the premium one allows even addon card to avail free lounge access.

4. Hdfc Diners Black Card : Both primary & addon card gets free diners club unlimited lounge access.
5. Icici Bank Diamant Card : Both primary & addon card gets free priority pass card with unlimited lounge access.
6. Hdfc Bank Infinia Card : Both primary & addon card gets free priority pass card with unlimited lounge access.
7. Citi Bank Prestige Card : Both primary & addon card gets free priority pass card with unlimited lounge access.
8. Amex Platinum charge Card : Both primary & addon card gets free priority pass card with unlimited lounge access + Amex Lounge Accesss + 30airlines lounge access.
