Bsnl has updated it’s 1199 2mbps unlimited combo plan. One of it’s kind true unlimited combo plan.
Which offer unlimited calls to any mobile or landline in country along with without any FUP 2mbps broadband 
speed. A boon for users in rural, semi-urban , small town areas where Bsnl landline & broadband is the only option.
These people were able to connect to rest of country(via unlimited voice calls) & rest of world(via unlimited broadband) at flat price from remotest corner of the country where Bsnl offers landline phones.
From 1st of May Bsnl if offering further benefits of 30GB till 4mbps then 2mbps. Unlimited calls & other terms remain same. Though a small hike but still good as price is same. So no complaints from Bsnl this time. Infact bsnl has increased pre-fup speed in most of it’s plans to 4mbps which would take effect on 1st may 2017.
Though if you compare to our new age broadband providers like Excitel, Hathway , Act & Cherrinet these plans are still way too costly. Bsnl for sure need to catch on price front, technology front & ofcourse customer service which Bsnl always lacked.
