From 16th Jan 2016 Bsnl mobile has reduced call rates for many of its stv vouchers like stv 42 and stv 88.
Also introduced new stv Rs.69 and Rs.209 for reduced local call rates. Details of bsnl mobile stv can be found below.
Rs.42 stv per min plan:
-10paisa/min for bsnl to bsnl calls local and std
-30paisa/min for bsnl to others calls local and std
validity reduced to 21days only
Rs.42 stv per sec plan:
1paisa/3sec for bsnl to bsnl calls local and std
2paisa/3 sec for bsnl to others calls local and std
validity reduced to 21days only
Another Rs.88 stv has been modified with better tariff plans of all voice calls
-10paisa/min for bsnl to bsnl calls local and std
-30paisa/min for bsnl to others calls local and std
or
-1paisa/3sec for bsnl to bsnl calls local and std
-2paisa/3 sec for bsnl to others calls local and std
Validity reduced to 60days now for both per min and per sec plan.

STV209 MRP Rs.209

tariff validity: 90days
local call rate : 1p/2sec to any phone

main account se 88 ka tarrif activate krne ke leye kya kre
kisi number ka outgoing validity karne ke liye kitna ka pack hai
i recharged plan of 88 and didn’t know about it then there was no balance in mobile so after that i recharged with 30 Rs but i cant see the balance in mobile.
Change your plan to per minute or per second plan then recharge with 42 or 88 as your desired.
I personally tried out(I was in Nesam gold plan) and it’s works

hai, I am mallikarjun from kalaburagi ( gulbarga ) from karnataka state,when i went to retailor shop for recharging the STV 88 PLAN for 10 ps per minute for 60 days validity,they said that their are no such type of plans.
please tell me are retailors fraud,or bsnl are fraud .
Better ask from Bsnl customer care. Recharge denomination varies from state to state. Your local Bsnl exchange can give you better details.
When I removed the space between VOICE & 88, it was successful.

I recharge my mob for 42 using my debit card.Status shows recharge successfuBut I’m not getting the benefits after recharge
