Jio dropped a bomb on its competitors with launch of family plan & this unlimited mobile data plan which according to press release till now says unlimited 4g & 5G plan.
The plan we are talking about is individual ₹599 plan with unlimited 4G & 5G data. No details are shown on jio website yet so initials details are pending as this plan will be available from 23rd of march 2023.
Jio is also increasing the entry level postpaid plan from 199 to 299 with increased data of 30GB instead of previous 25GB. So if you want to ride the postpaid wagon of Jio then better do it before 23rd of march.
Coming back to Jio 599 unlimited plan the surprising part is unlimited 4G data too as Jio 5G trial with free unlimited data is available to every postpaid plan for now.
This plan is good for many including people on move, people who don’t have fiber access. Hopefully Jio Air Fiber 5G service will be out soon as initial reports suggest both outdoor and indoor 5G modem to be provided by Jio on postpaid plans. If this 599 unlimited is true without any FUP then surely it gonna be quite popular in rural parts of India.
