MTNL Mumbai has launched New 3G Data Plans with 1 year Validity. Recent TRAI notifications allowed service provider to offer 1year validity vouchers. Here it maybe noted that Mtnl is running its old legacy 3.6mbps 3G network on 2100mhz band which lacks the coverage and is overloaded due to lack of towers. 
New packs are 1 year validity are:
₹849 with free 6GB 3G data valid for 365Days (Rs.141 per GB )
₹1299 with free 12 GB 3G data valid for 365Days (Rs.108 per GB )
₹3999 with free 50GB 3G data valid for 365Days (Rs.80 per GB )
Still not bad if you use data for small stuffs and don’t need data for serious stuff as reliability of Mtnl services is major concern. In past many 3G users have found that Mtnl staff performs upgrades on it’s network in daytime causing many problems for it’s users.
