For better coverage of Dragonpath 707GR1 ONT wifi router if possible try to place it in the central part of the house. This router is good enough for 150gaj or 1300 sq ft house. For bigger house you can try range extender along with this router. For a 4000sq ft house or a multi-floor building try mesh routers which can be costly but are more stable and gives better latency in every part of the house. So mesh routers are way to go for serious gamers.
Has anyone tried disabling external pings to the router (ICMP requests from the internet)? If so, can you let me know how we can do this? Thank you.

Sir,I have been provided dragon path router by airtel xstream fibre.I find its range to be less.Should I call airtel customer care to replace my router to ZTE?Does ZTE router has better range as compared to dragon path router?or should I opt for a wifi range extender?I live in a 2 storey house.I have placed the router midway through the stairs so that both floors can get range,but range is good only at ground floor,1st floor has negligible range
ZTE is said to be better than dragonpath. Havn’t personally tested it.
For second floor you can get range extender or Airtel’s own mesh solution

Sir my router model 707gr1 automatically restarts itself as the PON light which is stable (Green) starts blinking green and results in connection loss can u please tell me what is causing this and any solution.
Get it changed from Airtel lineman, register a complaint by dialing 198 or via airtel thanks app.
Pls set both Antenna on 90 degree angel.
