Aircel has launched a competitive Rs.199 STV which gives unlimited local n std mobile only calls. Yep the calls are free only to mobile phones. Another limitation is 250mins per day or 1000 per week limit. Another is 1GB 2G only data per day in comparison to 1GB per month of Airtel in similar offer. Though it’s unlimited 2G data in Aircel as one won’t be able to use 1GB data in a day given the 2G speeds and current state of 2G data network. Also they are giving free 100sms per day.

Calling and sms are valid in Delhi Ncr Aircel network only. While data is valid on Aircel network anywhere in India.
Aircel network is on 1800mhz which is known to give problem indoors. Though one advantage of using Aircel is congestion free network as most cheap tariff adventurists have moved over to Jio it seems.
For now it seems only those with 2G only phones are still on Aircel.
