Now feature phone market is heating up. Intex is promising 180 days replacement warranty for all it’s feature phone from 1st September 2017.
Though we are expecting better range of 3G feature phones in the market. when?
Eligibility criteria to avail 180-days replacement warranty
1. Applicable for activated devices (Tertiary-1st Sep’2017 onwards)
2. Eligible if the device is under warranty.
3. If the software does not rectify the concern.
4. Eligible if the handset needs a hardware repair of PCB and LCD only.
5. Replacement of handset will be the same or equivalent model. In case of any delay,
the replacement handset will be arranged within 48~72 hours.
Process for the Service Center
a) Establish that handset is under warranty and needs replacement within 180 days from
the activation date.
b) Verify warranty proof by asking for required document.
c) Service Jobsheet creation.
d) Service center to retain the warranty proof for replacement claim from the company.
e) Service center to return the defective handset to the respective MICP/TRC.
f) All the terms and conditions are fully complied.
