Hathway broadband provide high speed internet service via both fiber & Docsis coaxial cable technology. Their support is a major drawback as helpdesk ticket are closed without the consent of customers. They don’t have a happy code concept of Airtel broadband where ticket can only be closed with a otp from customer. So the support team closes the ticket even without actually attending the customers concern.
