Looks like in a bid to overturn its fortune our dear Bsnl is increasing costs for general customers instead of increasing its employee efficiency and reduce costs. They have increased 3G data costs six times in last one year and now comes turn of Landline customers where even rural subscribers are not spared. Though they offset it by increasing free calls however actual cost for customer in end is increasing.
From 1st May2016 Bsnl is increasing rentals of all landline customers who are using voice only plans.
Rs.140 rural plan revised to Rs.160 (free call inc. from 75 to 95)
Rs.160 rural plan revised to Rs.180 (free call inc. from 75 to 95)
Rs.195 rural plan revised to Rs.220 (free call inc. from 100 to 125)
Rs.180 urban plan revised to Rs.200 (free call inc. from 90 to 110)
Rs.220 urban plan revised to Rs.240 (free call inc. from 110 to 130)
Rs.220 one India plan revised to Rs.240 (free call inc. from 110 to 130)
Sulabh Rural plan revised from Rs.110 to Rs.120
Sulabh Rural plan revised from Rs.140 to Rs.150
Also installation cost increased to Rs.600 for rural customers.
