As Jio happy new year offers last date was 15th april 2016 However users who din’t recharged are still getting data till now. We think this would continue for next 2-3 more days. Actually changing plan for 100million+ customers in one go does takes it’s time. Database have it’s limitation. Jio doesn’t want to cash it’s system.
So according to our guess what Jio has done is:
- Update customers who recharged Rs.499 or more plan so that they get extra benefit from day 1
- Next update those who didn’t recharge with Grace plan screenshot given below.
- Next update customers with 1GB or less recharge.
- Next remove new year offer from all customers.
Grace plan is for customer’s who didn’t recharge at all. Jio still don’t want to lose these customers by offering them free voice calls to jio + sms + 128kbps internet. However these customers may be booted out as Jio like. No guarantee to get these benefits if they don’t do any recharge within this period.
