If you have any non-co-branded or non premium credit card from HDFC then you can easily convert it to lifetime free credit card.
All you need to do is perform any of these tasks within first 90days of card setup date
- Subscribe to any bill payment services under smartpay tab for minimum 90days.
- Subscribe to Oneassist service via HDFC which is basically wallet and credit card protection services with emergency cash insurance.
- By transacting minimum Rs.500 transaction for 4 times in 90days.
All above condition may vary for card to card. You must email hdfc to know your exact offer to convert it to lifetime free.
Co-Branded card like Hdfc Times card or Hdfc Indian oil card can’t be converted to lifetime free via above mentioned.
Premium card like infina & any variant of diners club card also can’t be converted to lifetime free.
