Mtnl has launched a new fire broadband plan for it’s fiber users with speed of 500mbps download and upload speed.
500GB data is free per month after that 5mbps post fup speed.
Price of this plan is Rs.2000+18% gst which would come to around Rs.2360 which may be too high considering the data limit. In comparison ACT fiber is giving away 500GB data @ 100mbps speed for just Rs.749+gst.
Availability of Mtnl FTTH is another factor with most pvt fiber broadband cos doing it better in terms of coverage.
Mtnl has lost it’s advantage as it is not able to upgrade it’s old copper infrastructure to fiber. Even now it doesn’t have money with overburden employees stress.
