Jio-link is fixed wireless internet service working on 4G network on 2300mhz band of Jio.
An external antenna is connected at rooftop with direct line of sight to nearby 4G tower.
Due to Jio dedicated bandwidth jiolink performs better than Tikona n other wimax provide which rideon free wifi spectrum. Jio is providing Jiolink services in rural and tier 2 cities wherever it doesn’t plans to provide ftth services.
Jiolink was available under preview offer for last 1+ years but now Jio has introduced new plans ending the free preview phase. Hopefully more user would be able to avail this services as in preview it was limited to few users. Interestingly Jio prime 99 one time pack is needed even for Jio-link.
