With exact similar pricing as Jio’s. Idea has introduced new Rs.309 STV combo recharge plan in Punjab. This plan offers local & std unlimited call(with FUP) along with 100sms per day and 1GB per day data included. No roaming calls are included for now. we expect that too to be introduced in a update soon. However unlike Jio’s plan 49days validity this one got validity of 28days only.

Both plan suite different needs and come at different point. Idea has good very wide coverage of 3G & 4G in Punjab. Though plans still can’t compete with Jio completely. However this latest national roaming calls update put Idea’s plan on par with Jio as premium price. Would definitely help them cover their turf.
