Airtel Rs.52 roaming pack outgoing calls at home circle rate

Airtel has launched new Rs.52 roaming recharge plan STV for Delhi customers. Benefits of this pack is all roaming outgoing calls tariff would same as home circle. Validity of pack is 28days from date of recharge.

So if you are using plan like Rs.399 70days plan or Rs.349 28days plan then outgoing calls to other numbers would be free and if using Airtel onnet free calling packs like Rs.145-149 pack or Rs.244 70days pack then only Airtel to Airtel calling would be free in roaming like it is for home circle.

This plan is more beneficial if you are using above unlimited calling plans.
For Normal STV users it would be only be beneficial if no of calls are high.

For base plan users this STV would be useless as current home circle base outgoing tariff plans(2p/sec) are mostly higher than TRAI prescribed outgoing roaming tariffs(80p/1.15p per min). So very interesting to see how Airtel implements this Rs.52 roaming pack on base plan users (unchanged at current roaming rates or home based tariff or per sec current roaming rates).
