If you remember reliance to reliance free call was main usp of Rcom cdma network once. It was priced around Rs.295 in prepaid then reduced to Rs.195 then increased to Rs.395 all together. Rcom was not sure even in those times on how to gain from cdma network which was technologically superior to gsm in those days. All it’s offer / tariff was prone to changes overnight without any warning giving customers huge suprises.
Even it’s decision to close cdma network was all off sudden. Not even once asked customers via sms if they would like to change or not. Reliance has never been a customer centric co.
