Aircel is giving away free incoming while roaming from 12th April 2017 onwards. Customer need to dial *121*909# to activate the free incoming. But why not give it to everyone by default? Milk unaware customers as much unless they complain. Also Aircel’s free incoming is for it’s own network. Incoming while roaming on other networks is still charged at 45p per minute. 
This bring Aircel as 4th operator to bring free national roaming incoming after Jio’s roam like home tariff plans. Only Bsnl/Mtnl offered free incoming before Jio plans. After Jio plans were out Vodafone was 1st to offer it free from diwali 2016 , Airtel & Idea from 1st April 2016. and Aircel is 4th.
Rcom, Tata docomo are left now with paid incoming calls while roaming.
