Update: Now only 1250mins to other networks + unlimited minutes to Rcom(not Jio)
Rcom has launched new Rs.198 STV with 1GB 4G data and unlimited local + std calling included. Only incoming calls are free while in roaming. This STV is more attractive for data users than previous Rs.149 STV as users get 1GB 4G data free instead of 300MB.
Rcom is giving one another 3G STV for unlimited calling the Rs.501 STV with unlimited local+std calls & same 1GB data valid for 90days instead. Introduced during demonetization days when Rs.500 notes were accepted for prepaid recharge.
Rs.198 is 4G combo recharge, Rs.501 is listed as 3G STV. Not sure whether 3G customers of rcom can access 4G network. I think 4G can access 3G/2G network for voice calling as Rcom uses circuit fallback for voice calling as it’s yet to launch Volte on it’s 4G network.
FUP of this voucher is 10hours/600mins per week in comparison to 1200mins/week FUP or Airtel/Idea/Vodafone.
