While much has been in news regarding Jio to Airtel , Jio to Idea and Jio to Vodafone and vice-versa call problems. Nothing much has been said about call problems related to Bsnl from and to Jio.
For example in Kerala circle where Bsnl is leader and profitable also in mobile & landline services, users are facing a lot of problems with Jio connectivity. Some users have reported 10-15 attempts are required for a call to connect to BSNL from Jio 4G mobile services. While call to Idea or Vodafone are going at once from same Jio Kerala sim card.
In Tamil Nadu Circle of Bsnl mobile Call drops have increased rapidly in the last three months. Jio 4G to Bsnl calls are not getting connected even after many tries. Even Bsnl to Bsnl calls are not going through sometimes due to congestion.
Similar problems are reported by Jio users from Karnataka, AP, HP etc. We hope Jio will look into POI issue with Bsnl also.
