Update: This plan offers 2GB data per month with unlimited Airtel calls
Airtel has come up with another offer for it’s prepaid users. This time free local airtel to airtel calls in Rs.144 with 50MB data both valid for 28days. Previously it introduced Rs.299 plan offer with unlimited local+std+roaming calls with 1.25GB data for 28days.
All this is to give tough fight to Jio offer which is giving away 1GB free data offer till 31st March 2017.
Other offers from Airtel in reply to jio offers are:
- 1-2GB 3G/4G data in Rs.148-149
- 1-3GB data with Rs.260 talktime in Rs.260 recharge
- Rs.1495-1498 recharge offer with Rs.51/GB data rate for 1 year
- Infinity postpaid plan reduced by Rs.300
Good thing about jio offer is that Airtel is now offering more bundled recharge to it’s prepaid users. Previously it only had rip-off STV vouchers for prepaid customers. Competition is surely good for customers.
